Basic Jiu Jitsu Moves
The fundamental principles commit the Jiu-Jitsu. If we mention some of them, we incur phrases such as “to the weakest beat the strongest” or “gestate economy of effort before the application of a technique”, etc.
These and many more, self defense techniques with the sole aim of “Projecting or stop more effectively, without accumulation of fatigue, aggressive acts exercised by the opponent.” Therefore there are different types of techniques biomechanically adapted to fast, strong and sudden deffensive movements where insecurity and nervousness prevails on aggressor.
Jujitsu teaches in their academies or in Self Defense Classes how to accommodate certain body parts to perform domination of the opponent, which would imply: tears, sprains, broken bones, etc.
Self defense is useful and necessary at all times and can be adapted to any situation, when we are alone with no possibility of escape and our life is at the mercy of a dangerous situation, we must use what has been learned, like in all martial arts movies!
This, it is appropriate to surprise the aggressor with precise and specific techniques to knock him out.
Ju jutsu, must only be used in cases of extreme necessity, know how to defend doesnt mean disclose or show knowledge of this martial art origin to anyone crossing our way, but its significance goes beyond that, we refer to alternatives in situations unpleasant, it does not mean that we are invincible once we become Jiu Jitsu
Practitioners, but will have great chances to leave those situations (the best fight is the one that is avoided).
